Refund Policy
At Universal Getaways Limited, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences. We understand that travel plans may sometimes change, and this policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. Clients are encouraged to make payments in advance to secure their reservation.
Cancellation by the Client
If a client cancels their booking, the following refund terms will apply:

More than 14 days before departure: 80% refund of the total amount paid.

7–14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
These charges help cover administrative costs and reservations already made with service providers.
Cancellation by Universal Getaways Limited
In the rare event that Universal Getaways Limited must cancel a tour due to circumstances such as safety concerns, extreme weather conditions, or operational issues, clients will be offered one of the following options:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule the tour for a later date.

Non-Refundable Services
Certain services such as national park permits, accommodation bookings, or third-party activities may be non-refundable once they have been purchased. These costs will be communicated to clients during the booking process.
Late Arrival or No-Show
If a client fails to arrive for the scheduled departure or misses the tour without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Changes to Bookings
Clients may request changes to their booking dates or tour arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate such requests depending on availability.
